'What Next?' Project starts soon!
What Next? in partnership with Big Lottery Fund’s ‘Empowering Young People’, will offer 16-25 years olds with additional needs:
- Independent Living Experience
- Mentoring Scheme
- Social events /Recreation activities
- Youth-led forum
- Education and work focus training
This project will also deliver programmes for carers, parents and siblings.
