£500 Black Santa Funds Presented To Autonomie

A cheque for £500 has been presented to Autonomie by Dean Mann of St Anne's Cathedral, Belfast. The grants money which was raised at the annual Black Santa collection was recently presented to Lynne Morrison by Dean Mann at the Belfast City Centre Cathedral. 

Lynne Morrison, charity trustee said: "We are immensely pleased to receive this award. This Black Santa Award will allow us to build on the work we have done with children and young adults with additional needs. 

"Every year we actively seek support in relation to funding our activities from whatever source we can.

"We are thrilled to benefit from the Black Santa Christmas 'Sit-out' at St Anne Cathedral."

The Dean of Belfast, the Very Rev John Mann, who completed his sixth Black Santa Sit-out in December recently announced that he is leaving St Anne's Cathedral to take up a new post in England.
