Autonomie is committed to providing practical support to local families raising a child with additional needs. To celebrate Carers Week, on Friday 15 June, we hosted a Mums’ Pamper Evening at our new centre Lilac House (Linked Independent Living and Advice Centre), Belfast. Guests got to enjoy summer refreshments, relaxation exercises and tips on self care; with the event facilitated by Helen Morrison.
