The new Freedom2Choose programme starts Saturday 27 January 2018. Following feedback from young people on Saturday 20th January, we are excited to announce the 'Autonomie Musical Extravaganza'! Young people as part of the programme will use 4-5 weeks working on producing the musical with activities including costumes, scenery, props and fulfilling other roles.

Santa made a visit to the Freedom2Choose Christmas party taking out from his busy Christmas preparations. On Saturday 9 December Freedom2Choose young people enjoyed a festive fun day at LILAC House. There was gift giving, festive food, games and even karaoke. Huge thanks to all our volunteers, partners and especially our young people.

Autonomie Receives £334,828 Lottery funding boost
PSNI visit Autonomie to talk to young people on 'Keeping Safe' in the community
On Saturday 25 November PSNI visited Autonomie and gave Freedom2Choose young people tips and advice on how to keep safe in the community. The session offered young people a chance to learn new skills and become more knowledgeable about ways to safeguard themselves and their belongings in the community and whilst online. Young people also learned how to recognise the signs of a disability hate crime and how to effectively report one.
Over £1K boost for Autonomie thanks to Co-op and its members
Thank you so much Co-op Finaghy and Co-op members for this fantastic donation of £1132.14 received through Co-op Local Community Fund. Autonomie’s Lynne Morrison, young person Aishling Skillen and programme volunteer Paola Gigliardi recently were presented with the generous cheque at its Finaghy store by store manager Paul and store staff.
