On 15 October 2018, young people took part in a learning session on why hand hygiene is important for food safety to mark Global Handwashing Day
Participants learned why it’s important to wash hands properly, especially when preparing food.
Thanks to Julie Mulrine from HPA for allowing us to borrow this machine which helped demonstrate the session.
