It’s widely understood that Yoga can offer a wide range of benefits, from relaxation to even reducing stress and anxiety in regular users.
On Thursday 8 November as part of our What Next? programme and to mark Self-care Week 2018 participants got a chance to take part in the first of two yoga sessions at Lilac House.

This yoga class is part one of a two part self-care session and part of mental health and well-being themed programme.
