PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Role: Project Administrator

Salary: £14820.00

Hours per week: 30.00

Responsibility to: Chief Officer

Based at: Lilac House, 4 Sandhurst Road, Belfast

 3-year contract subject to 6-month probation and to funding conditions.

Main purpose of Job: 

The successful candidate will provide:

o   Administration support for 2 projects & Chief Officer

o   Process referrals, emails, and enquiries promptly and efficiently.

o   Ensure all work in performed in line with GDPR legislation.

o   Manage and maintain efficient and confidential recording systems as required by Funding body.

o   Complete monthly statistical reports

o   Provide Chief Officer with relevant project documentation as requested

o   Manage and maintain efficient and effective internal administrative systems

o   Maintain project databases and records

o   Compile and circulate reports and returns as and when required.

o   Liaise with organisational staff as required

o   Be familiar with and work according to Autonomie Policies and Procedures

o   Adhere to all guidance relating to Covid-19

Autonomie works to support Families of Children and Young People with disabilities and allied health conditions. Family Voice Hub is a 3 year funded programme to provide practical and emotional support and advice to families & siblings

The post holder will be responsible for:

Providing effective management of the administration duties associated with Autonomie Projects.

Ensuring payment of all bills, issuing cheques, making lodgements and bank reconciliations.

They will maintain excellent working relationships with young people, families, staff and volunteer teams.

To ensure all reports, financial record and returns are completed and returned as required under funding terms and conditions.
