Autonomie works to support Families of Children and Young People with disabilities and allied health conditions. Family Voice Hub is a 3 year funded programme to provide practical and emotional support and advice to families & siblings.
The post holder will be responsible for
The efficient and effective development, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of the Family Voice Hub Project funded by The National Lottery Fund Community Fund – People and Communities fund.
Management of staff team, the promotion of the programme and the financial oversight of the project
To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with families, staff, volunteer teams and external agencies.
To co-ordinate the development and implementation of the project, its goals and outcomes to ensure its success
