'What Next?' is a Big Lottery Funded 3-year project will offer practical support for young people with disabilities who face challenges in making their transition into adult life.

‘What Next?’ will offer training programmes with an educational and work focus, in addition to programmes aimed at developing social and communication skills, confidence and self-esteem and prevent poor mental health.

‘What Next?’ Project Worker will play a key role in the development, management, roll-out, and evaluation of the programme and the dissemination of evidence of project impact and outcomes.

The post holder will work directly with young people with additional needs on the ‘What Next’ Project funded by Big Lottery Empowering Young People.

They will undertake duties under the direction of the Training Manager to ensure the planning, delivery, implementation and evaluation of the project.

They will maintain excellent working relationships with young people, families, staff and volunteer teams.

They will  support the training office in the development and implementation of the project, its goals and outcomes to ensure its success.
